State Fundraising Coordinator
|
(Sydney)
We are seeking volunteers to coordinate the Bipolar Ball and Dinner & Auction fundraising events in Sydney.
If you are keen to run either or both events in other states, please let us know!
|
Key Responsibilities
|
• Coordinate the function within your state.
• Establish venues and liaison with the function centres.
• Secure auction items and other prizes
• Development and implementation of materials to encourage participation in the event
• Liase with other state coordinators to maintain a consistent message.
• Recruitment of celebrity supporters and other entertainment
• Organise multimedia facilities.
• Create a budget for each event.
• Other PR and Marketing Activities

Volunteer Characteristics Required
|
People skills, Well presented, Reliable, Good team worker, Communication skills fine tuned.
